Our Story

Large organizations are extremely well managed and, unintentionally, exposed for disruption. In our era of decentralization, small teams in the form of startups quickly and dramatically drive impact. Organizations need new ways of engaging with startups to learn and, ultimately, grow.

We developed the venture studio playbook. As more organizations turn to the venture studio model as a new way to solve their innovation challenges, we see an opportunity to reinvent the way corporations, universities, governments, and non-profits engage in venture building.

In 2020, we created High Alpha Innovation, a venture builder that co-creates companies directly in partnership with organizations to drive tangible growth and transformation.

We exist to help organizations overcome an illusion of innovation: activity that feels like it should produce positive change but actually leads to value destruction, not progress.
